The Aeromedical Transport Manager: Not Specified 1.Isresponsibleforpatientandairmedicalcrewsafetythroughthecoordinationof patienttransportation 2.Isresponsibleforthemaintenanceofrecordsrelatingtopatientidentification, conditionanddestinationviarotary-wingorfixed-wingambulance 3.Assistsintheidentificationandallocationofresourcestosupportallairmissions 4.Assessesmissiontodeterminepersonnelandcapabilitiesnecessaryfortheteam 5.Facilitatesthecommunicationofinformationbetweenthesceneand sending/receivingfacilitiesinconjunctionwiththe Aeromedical Transport Officer 6.Isresponsibleforgroundingaircraftwithmaintenanceissues,coordinatingfor repairorreplacementofaircraftandmaintainingalistofmaintenanceissuesrelated tothemission 7.Coordinatesaviationwiththe Air Operations Branch Director,Air Support Group Supervisor,Air Tactical Group Supervisorandothertransportationteamleaders

Training Requirements
