Thisteam: 1.Coordinatesandcollaborateswithotheranimalemergencyresponseteams,asnecessary 2.Coordinatesandplansanimalsearchandrescueefforts 3.Locates,capturesandcontainsdisplacedanimalswithinthedisasterzone 4.Preparesanimalsfortransport 5.Identifiesanimals,documentsrescuelocationandrecordsotherrelevantdatatofacilitatereunificationwithowners 6.Coordinateslivetrappingandchemicalcaptureasnecessary 7.Triagesrescuedanimalsforappropriatetransportmethodstopreventdiseaseandmitigatemedicalandbehavioralissues 8.Performstheabovedutiesforoneormoreofthefollowingpopulations: a.Companionanimals,includingpets,serviceanimalsandassistanceanimals b.Livestock,includingfoodorfiberanimalsanddomesticatedequinespecies c.Wildlife,captivewildlifeorzooanimals d.Laboratoryanimals
