The Compensationand Claims Unit Leader: Not Specified 1.Establishesortransitionsintoaunitunderthe Finance/Administration Section 2.Configuresunitwithpersonneltosupportincidentneeds,inconsultationwiththe Finance/Administration Section Chief 3.Reviewsandcoordinatesproceduresforhandlingcompensationandclaims 4.Maintainscumulativeincidentcompensationandclaimsdocumentation 5.Coordinatesstatusofaccidentandinjury-relatedinvestigations 6.Advisesonthenatureandstatusofallexistingandpotentialclaims 7.Coordinatescloselywiththe Medical Unit,Cost Unitand Safety Officer 8.Coordinateswiththe Authority Having Jurisdiction(AHJ)tomaintain documentation
Training Requirements
