The DAC: Not Specified 1.Servesastheprincipalrepresentativeoverseeingdamageassessment, verification,andvalidationactivitiesincoordinationwiththe Federalcounterpart 2.Verifiesassessmentsareconsistentwith Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA)-definedcriteria 3.Ensuresappropriateorganization,scheduling,staffing,andlogisticssupportfor assessments 4.Ensurespersonnelprovideappropriatetechnicalassistancetosupportdamage assessments 5.Coordinateswithotherdamageassessmentpersonnelandemergencymanagers toevaluatetheneedforlocal,state,tribal,orterritorialpreliminarydamage assessments 6.Ensuresthatpersonnelprovideappropriatesupportfordrafting Federal assistancerequests
