The Donations Coordination Task Force: 1. Coordinatesthemanagementandtheflowofdonatedfunds,goodsandservices—solicitedandunsolicited—duringanoperation’sresponseand recoveryphases 2. Advisesandcoordinatesthecollection,distributionandwarehousingofdonatedgoods 3. Coordinateswiththe Logistics Section,the DESTask Forceandthe Donated Goods Warehouse Management Teamtosupportdistributionand donationsoperations 4. Matchesdonatedgoodswithrecipientsanddistributionsites 5. Coordinateswith NGOstaffand Volunteer Reception Centerstoenrollvolunteers 6. Helpsthe Public Information Officer(PIO)developpressreleases,Public Service Announcements(PSA)andwebsiteupdates 7. Coordinateswithdonationscallcenterstosupportdonationsoperations
