The HMOutreach Specialist: Not Specified 1.Providestechnicalassistancetoadvancemitigationactivitiesbyidentifyingthe need,opportunity,andresourcesavailableforengagingthepublicandother stakeholders 2.Develops Community Educationand Outreach(CEO)productsandactivitiesthat supporttheadoptionandimplementationoftherelevant HMPlansthatare consistentwiththeassociated HMstrategyandanymitigationstrategiesdeveloped forpost-disasterrecovery 3.Providesadviceandassistanceon HMprogramconcepts,rules,andprocesses inavarietyofvenues 4.Duringdisasterrecovery,collaborateswithofficialsandstakeholders,including publicandprivatepartnersandthepublic,todevelopmitigationmessages consistentwiththe HMPlanandthecommunity’sobjectivesforresilientrecovery and/orredevelopment 5.Developsandimplementsapost-disasteroutreachstrategyforeffective advancementofresiliencyandmitigationthroughoutalldemographicsofthelocal population
