About This Position
The Mass Evacuee Support Registrationand Tracking Specialist: Not Specified 1.Usesthesystemsandprocessesofthe Agency Having Jurisdiction(AHJ)to supporttheregistrationandtrackingofdisastersurvivorsatmassevacueesupport sites 2.Ensuresthe AHJ’sregistrationandtrackingsystemisfunctioningproperlyon laptops,tablets,orother ITsystems 3.Provides“justintime”orrefreshertraining,asneeded,toassignedregistration andtrackingpersonnel 4.Coordinatesregistrationandtrackingactivitieswithothersupportteams,task forces,andsingleresources 5.Monitorsburn-rateofconsumablesuppliesandcoordinateswithassigned supervisor,orotherdesignatedpointofcontact,toensuresufficientsuppliesare available 6.Retainscontrolofassigned ITresources 7.Assemblesandsubmitssituationandresourcestatusinformationthroughthe establishedchainofcommand
Training Requirements
