The Support Branch Director: Not Specified 1.Establishesortransitionsintoabranchunderthe Logistics Section 2.Supervisesandconfiguresthebranchwithunitstosupportoperations,as necessary 3.Coordinatestheimplementationofmutualaidagreements 4.Overseestheorderingandtrackingofincident-relatedresourcesandsupplies 5.Overseesthesetup,maintenanceanddemobilizationofallincidentfacilitiesand themanagementofbaseandcampoperations 6.Managesthefollowing: a.Supportforout-of-serviceresources b.Transportationforpersonnel,supplies,foodandequipment c.Fueling,service,maintenanceandrepairofvehiclesandothergroundsupport equipment
Training Requirements
Completionofthefollowing: The National Incident Management System(NIMS)Training Programdefinesa 1.IS-100:Introductiontothe Incident Command System,ICS-100 nationalbaselinetoguideandpromote NIMStraining.Itprovidesrecommendations 2.IS-200:Basic Incident Command Systemfor Initial Response,ICS-200 toassist Authorities Having Jurisdiction(AHJ)indevelopingtheirowntrainingplans, 3.ICS-300:Intermediate Incident Command Systemfor Expanding Incidents tailoredtotheirspecificneeds. 4.ICS-400:Advanced Incident Command Systemfor Commandand General Staff– Complex Incidents 5.IS-700:National Incident Management System,An Introduction 6.IS-800:National Response Framework,An Introduction 7.E/G/L0191:Emergency Operations Center/Incident Command System Interface 2.0-JUNE2021 SUPPORTBRANCHDIRECTOR(NQS) 1OF3 Position Qualificationfor Logisticsand Supply Chain Management Logisticsand Transportation COMPONENT SINGLETYPE NOTES
