The Time Unit Leader: Not Specified 1.Establishesortransitionsintoaunitunderthe Finance/Administration Section 2.Configuresunitwithpersonneltomeetincidentneeds 3.Overseesthecollection,recordingandmaintenanceoftimedataandcumulative timedocumentation,asthe Authority Having Jurisdiction(AHJ)requires 4.Determines,incoordinationwiththe Finance/Administration Section Chief,the incidentpersonnelandequipmentforwhichstaffwilltracktime 5.Provides Incident Commander(IC)and Operations Section Chiefwith documentationonpersonnelhoursworkedandequipmenttimeusagetoensure compliancewithestablishedwork/restratios
Training Requirements
Completionofthefollowing: 1.Identifiedequivalenttrainingsshouldmeetorexceedcourselearningobjectives. 1.IS-100:Introductiontothe Incident Command System,ICS-100 2.The National Incident Management System(NIMS)Training Programdefinesa 2.IS-200:Basic Incident Command Systemfor Initial Response,ICS-200 nationalbaselinetoguideandpromote NIMStraining.Itprovidesrecommendations 3.ICS-300:Intermediate Incident Command Systemfor Expanding Incidents toassist AHJsindevelopingtheirowntrainingplans,tailoredtotheirspecificneeds. 4.IS-700:National Incident Management System,An Introduction 5.IS-800:National Response Framework,An Introduction 6.IS-2900:National Disaster Recovery Framework(NDRF)Overview 7.E/L0975:Finance/Administration Unit Leader,orequivalent 8.E/G/L0191:Emergency Operations Center/Incident Command System Interface
