Training Requirements

IS-200:Basic Incident Command Systemfor Initial Response,ICS-200 3. IS-700:National Incident Management System,An Introduction 4. IS-800:National Response Framework,An Introduction 5. FEMAUS&RMedical Team Specialist–Instructor-Led Training(coursecode: 9P3130)or Authority Having Jurisdiction(AHJ)-approved SARmedicaltraining specifictotheareaofpractice(wilderness,alpine,canine,disaster,water,urban, collapseandsoon)focusedonmedicalconditionscommonto SARincidents,such aslacerations,fractures,shock,crushinjury/crushsyndrome,burns,penetratingand blunttrauma,headinjuries,respiratoryembarrassment,hyper/hypothermiaand infections;trainingmustalsoprovideexperiencetreatingcommonmedical emergencies,eyeinjuries,minororthopedicinjuriesandsoon 6. AHJ-approvedcriticalincidentstressmanagementtraining 7. Experience
